Brief Introduction of the Ltd.:

 

 

Our company was founded in 2000, however, the present owners bought it in 2003 with the intention to carry out the activity already performed for 15 years by the ”MENTAX Bt” Limited Partnership (tax number: 28376587-2-43, company register number: 01-06-216300) in the frame of the Ltd.

Thus the complete activity and the circle of partners have been replaced into the Ltd since 01. 01. 2004.

In the course of the owners’ activity they have provided more than 130 enterprises with continuous accountancy and tax services. There are numerous partners of ours we have held relationship with for more than 6-10 years.

We devote great importance to the colleagues’ professional qualification to cater for the daily demands according to a suitable and up-to-date level.

The professional relations of the Ltd are quite extended and demanding. Thus we maintain a continuous contact and consult with several accountants, auditors, lawyers, tax analysts, experts of informatics, professional organizations, etc.

Our main goal is to provide our clients with a complete professional service of high level including fulfilment of individual demands.

There are three owners in our Ltd. among whom two also take part in the accounting actively. One of the managing directors practices the employer’s rights while the other directs the professional and economic fields.

We undertake the following activities in the frame of the Ltd.:

-        Consultancy preceding the company foundation adjusted to the individual features.

-        Administration of accounting and tax issues, applications in connection with company foundation, amendment, modification or termination.

-        Accounting, tax return, assessment notice, administration of labour and tangible assets.

-        In case of necessity we represent our clients in front of the authorities (tax office (APEH), self-governments, private pension funds, National Health Fund (OEP), etc.).

-        Continuous tax and office consultancy and at the same time we inform the clients about the most important amendments of regulations, rules concerning them.

-        We carry out retrospective tax audit or self-supervision according to the client’s wish, accounting.

-        We complete domestic or international tax planning according to the client’s wish.

-        We help our clients apply for supports, loans (e.g.. EU credit application according to individual request). We provide consultancy, tax and accountancy support in case of applications. According to request we provide an expert or a team for completing the application.

-        We attend the clients of ours ready to accept information and knowledge of accounting, finance, tax and other regulations necessary to function their enterprises.

-        In case of new enterprises we form the entire administrational and record system on request.

-        We undertake to complete and control rules of conduct for our partners having concluded contract with us.

 

 

Responsibility:

We have intended to ensure the confidence of our clients with our liability insurance maintained for eleven years. For the past 10 years we have not had to use our insurance coverage yet, which may prove our qualification and attention.

The professional organizations of the Ltd. are the National Association of the Hungarian Tax Consultants and Accountancy Providers and the Association of the Hungarian Certificate Holder Tax Experts of which we have been a member since their formation.

The professional directing of the Ltd. is attended by Mr. Tibor P�th as a managing director.

1980 - graduated at the Agricultural University, Faculty of Agricultural College, G�d�ll� - as an operational manager-production engineer, - number of degree: 1980/29

1991 – acquired a certificate of accountant, - number of certificate: 5587

1992 – acquired a certificate of tax consultant.

1999 – he was registered in the registration of the tax analysts of the Financial Ministry –registration number 000606

2002 – he was registered in the registration of the accountancy providers of the Financial Ministry, registration number: 115228

2003 -  acquired a certificate as a EU Application Official, - certificate number: EUR-SZOL-I/821232

2004 acquired a certificate as a certified tax analyst on 26. October 2004. (international taxing faculty) – certificate number: PTI 626066.

2006 – acquired a certificate as a certified VAT tax analyst – certificate number : PTK 192607.
